Chef de Partie
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our catering team for a full-time Chef de Partie. This position will be working across our catering division which now makes up the largest portion of our staff, consisting of a 290-seat coffee shop & restaurant, deli, kiosks and table service restaurant, The Bothy.

It is essential that applicants should have experience working as part of a large catering team within a similar high-volume, fast-paced setting. All applicants should be friendly, honest and flexible, with high standards of food presentation and a good knowledge of traditional cooking. Patisserie skills would also be a distinct advantage. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required, no split shifts or regular evening shifts.
